MACH 2 R - Steering 2-track tractor with reverse drive
With a 98 hp Kubota engine, this two-track tractor with rubber rear tracks and 20" front wheels, steering and reverse drive, is designed for operators looking for increased grip, traction and stability in a tractor that is easy and safe to drive.
The innovative track/wheel configuration allows the tractor to move with agility on slopes, including steep gradients and side slopes, while maintaining constant grip and traction, performing complex maneuvers that would be difficult to achieve with a normal wheeled tractor. Thanks to the rear tracks, you can work on rough, muddy and slippery terrain, with minimum ground compaction even on rain-soaked ground. Whatever the weather, you can keep on working, even in conditions that would halt a conventional wheeled tractor.
The integrated PTO/lift/hydraulic system is suitable for use with a wide range of front and rear implements.
The on-board comfort is equal to a conventional tractor, with a spacious operator cab, plenty of legroom, and a supremely comfortable driving position with an optional ergonomic JCM joystick (proportional multifunction control), that significantly simplifies work with all implements.
The Mach 2 track tractor can be equipped with the latest generation Air pressurised cab, also available in a Category 4 certified version offering total protection against harmful dust, gas and vapours.
It is homologated for use on the road at speeds up to 35 km/h and therefore does not need to be transported on another vehicle between work sites.
The R Series represents the top of the AC range for performance, technological content and on-board equipment, offering a host of useful functions as standard.
Thanks to CAN-bus technology, which allows instantaneous dialogue between the tractor's various electronic control units with a minimum number of connections, the operator can enjoy the benefits of electronic engine control, with all the controls conveniently located on the instrument panel, including the work speed memories and acceleration ramps. All the models are equipped with the formidable 98 hp, 4-cylinder Kubota engine with electronic Common Rail injection. The slightly longer wheelbase ensures optimal distribution of the tractor's weight.
All the models in the range can be equipped on request with the new Air cab (except for the TGF 10900 R, which is fitted with the Protector 100 cab) affording advanced technology and comfort, with a spacious operator position, notwithstanding the extremely compact dimensions which allow easy maneuvering in tight spaces and between crops. The cab is pressurized and available also in a Category 4 certified version, which offers the operator total protection from inhalation of harmful dust, gas and vapors.

AC Full Chassis with Oscillation - cast iron full chassis hosting the tractor's transmission. with a central articulated joint which allows a longitudinal oscillation up to 15° ; this system allows the tractor to keep up with the soil's sinuosity ensuring constant traction and grip.
ESC / CRUISE CONTROL (ERGIT R)
Electronic and automatic speed and engine rev control device. It memorizes and modulates the tractor speed at the operator's discretion.
Stability at all times
The Damping system, which is fitted as standard equipment and, when activated, compensates for stresses transmitted from the mounted implements, thereby increasing comfort while protecting both driver and machine from possible harm.
UNIFLEX® Suspension
The UNIFLEX suspension with coaxial cylinders maximises its efficiency thanks to a reduced number of friction points. Its innovative concept allows the equipment to follow and adapt itself to the contours of the ground, keeping the ground pressure constant thus benefitting speed and work precision.

Ballasts

AIR cab
The AIR cab offers maximum level operative comfort and safety. The tractor and cab’s volumetric profile is harmonious and streamlined in order to grant agility and ease of movement in tight spaces and dense vegetation. To guarantee a perfect working climate there is the efficient heating and ventilation system with an integrated air-conditioning system.

TRANSMISSION AND GEAR BOX
Mach 2 R mounts large, extraordinarily reliable, smooth engaging clutches that do not require adjustment thanks to the hydraulic control which recovers the play caused by wear over time. The gears have a helical profile: 32 speeds, 16 FW and 16 RV, with a synchronised inverter that can be engaged even when the tractor is moving.
ECO-FRIENDLY – New Kubota Stage 3B, 98 hp. More efficiency, less consumption and emissions, more respect for the environment. Eco-Mode – optional for the reduction of rpm once speeds of 40 km/h have been reached.
COMPACT –The 3B engine, larger due to the new DPA filters, does not influence the tracked tractor’s size, which remains among the most compact of its category.
COMFORTABLE –Antonio Carraro always guarantees the most comfortable driving station of its category. On board of Mach 4 R is also available a new joystick, more ergonomic, with more functions and more capacity (up to 51 lt).
MANEUVERABLE – In addition to compactness, the damping system is standard. The combination between it and the rubber tracks – which already absorb the pitch extraordinarily – Mach 4 R offers an incomparable driving comfort.
SAFE – Even safer, Mach 4 R can be ordered with the new AIR cabin, with class 4 pressurization and ROPS/FOPS certification.
MACHINE AND TOOL
The integrated lifting - hydraulic system - PTO assembly can mount a large variety of implements at both the front and rear. The lift is a single group with vertical cylinders, featuring a 3-point hitch, a pump and an independent hydraulic system. The large and rear lift, featuring a great lifting capacity, is fitted with extendible bars and width-adjustable snap-on hooks (Cat. 1 - Cat. 2). The clutch of the PTO with an electrohydraulic progressive engagement command features a safety button for preventing involuntary starting and stopping the engine with the PTO engaged.
